Refund policy

Returns are NOT allowed. These are handmade custom earrings and once the customer receives them there is no way to know if the item has been worn which renders the earrings unsanitary and not available for resale. 

I am proud of the work I do and if there are any issues with the items purchased, please contact us with your order number and explain what is going on so we can make it right! 

If a return request is accepted, the customer will be required to ship the product back to the seller within 2 Business days of accepted return status. The customer will be responsible for any shipping cost, packaging and any other expenses incurred in the return process. If the item is received and in ANY condition other than the original condition shipped in (damaged, used, or missing pieces, the return will be denied.
